3. Event Tickets

• Tickets sold on w0rmz.org are for events organized by SNAYX c/o Management, Republic Of Music Ltd. We act as an authorized ticket distributor and do not own or operate the events themselves.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the event organizer’s policies and regulations, which may include admission policies, age restrictions, and other event-specific conditions.
• To prevent fraud, event organisers may ask you to confirm your personal details when entering the event.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Event Cancellation

• If an event is canceled, customers will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding booking and processing fees) unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.
• Refunds for a canceled event will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 30 days of the announcement of the cancellation.

4.2 Event Rescheduling

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date unless otherwise specified.
• If a customer cannot attend the rescheduled event, they may be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

4.3 Non-Refundable Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, as stated above.
• No refunds will be given for changes in personal circumstances, such as illness, scheduling conflicts, or other issues unrelated to the event itself.

• Our liability in connection with any event shall be limited to the ticket purchase amount.
